Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant & HR Manager. The role involves providing executive-level support to the leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and schedule management. Key responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports and presentations. Additionally, the role includes leading HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor legislation. The ideal candidate will act as a vital link between the leadership team and employees, ensuring smooth operational efficiency across both executive and HR functions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as calendar management, preparing reports, and organizing meetings
- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and implementing HR policies
- Experience in employee engagement, talent management, and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance practices, and HR operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in office software tools and HR management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in HR or management are a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is an advantage
