About the Role
RCMB is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to the CEO to support day-to-day executive coordination, HR operations, and organizational execution across the institution.
This is a high-responsibility role that requires strong communication skills, ownership, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the CEO on operational, administrative, and coordination-related tasks across departments.
Key Responsibilities (Executive Support & HR Operations)
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the CEO
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes
- Assist in handling communication and coordination across departments
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support in operational and administrative activities as required
- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR process management
- Support payroll processing and employee record management
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and execute independently
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and basic documentation tools
- Comfortable using modern productivity and AI tools to improve efficiency and automate routine workflows
- Curious and proactive about discovering and implementing new tools, systems, and process improvements
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, automation platforms, or similar productivity tools will be an added advantage
