🚀 We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Director
We’re looking for a smart, organized, and proactive individual to join our team and support day-to-day operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk & visitor handling
• Handle email communication & coordination across regions
• Manage Director’s calendar, meetings & appointments
• Assist in expense tracking & basic management
• Coordinate with internal teams for daily operations
• Ensure office maintenance & vendor coordination
• Maintain records, documents & reports
• Support meeting scheduling & basic reporting
🔹 Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Strong coordination & multitasking ability
• Freshers can apply
We prefer candidates from Faridabad, South Delhi, and nearby areas.
