About Role

This role is designed for early-career professionals who are looking to begin their journey as an Executive Assistant and gain hands-on exposure working closely with senior leadership.

The Executive Assistant (Fresher) will support leadership through coordination, documentation, meeting management, and follow-ups, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an individual contributor role requiring high ownership, discretion, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to senior leadership
• Prepare presentations, reports, and structured business documents
• Track action items, timelines, and follow-ups across internal initiatives
• Support leadership meetings through documentation and follow-through
• Manage internal and external communication with professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

• A recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and documentation skills with attention to detail
• High levels of maturity, discretion, and reliability
