Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for the role of Executive Assistant in the Founders Office. The Executive Assistant will provide strategic, operational, and administrative support and communication and workflows planning The role also involves planning and executing special projects, conducting research, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal relations, and collaboration
- Experience in project coordination
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms including project managment tools PERT knowledge
- interface with top management and cross functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business management or MBA from a recognised instituation (not online qualifications)
- Prior experience in similar role will be an advantage
- Adaptability and discretion in a fast-paced environment
