Work Schedule : 6 days work per week ; 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Chennai-based candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as a coordination point between leadership and internal teams
● Manage calendars, schedules, follow-ups, and task tracking
● Handle professional email communication and documentation
● Coordinate meetings, action items, and status updates
● Ensure smooth information flow and timely execution of non-technical tasks
● Use digital tools and productivity platforms to manage day-to-day activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in executive or administrative support roles
● BE / B.Tech along with MBA (Mandatory)
● Strong business acumen with the ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership
● Excellent written and professional communication skills
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
● Proficiency in email management and commonly used digital tools
● Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● High attention to detail and accountability
● Best suited for candidates aspiring to work as a Founder’s Office member,
contributing to strategic execution and cross-functional coordination
