Executive Assistant for Operations
LOCATION: Bangalore/Hyderabad

About the Role
This isn’t your average EA role. This is for someone who wants a front-row seat (and
occasionally the wheel) to business development and growth.
You’ll work directly with a Managing Partner who’s orchestrating a category-defining
business. From boardrooms to backseats, calendars to critical decisions—if it needs
doing, you’ll know it before it’s said. This role blends logic, intuition, grit, and a keen
sense of timing.
What You’ll Do
Streamline Operations: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize
daily workflows.
Calendar Mastery: Manage and organize the Managing Partner’s calendar with
precision, ensuring optimal time utilization and minimal conflicts.
Communication Handling: Manage emails, calls, and other communications,
prioritizing and responding as necessary.
Administrative Support: Handle documentation, prepare reports, and assist in various
administrative projects as assigned.
Project Coordination: Take ownership of specific projects, ensuring timely execution
and alignment with the Managing Partner’s vision.
Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and other engagements,
ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Personal Staff Oversight: Coordinate and manage support staff (e.g. drivers), ensuring
discipline, punctuality, and alignment with daily needs.
Team Coordination and Development: Assist in managing co-teams that directly
work with the Managing Partner. Should be able to assist in initiating new teams,
identify early gaps, support initial hand-holding if directed, and follow up
consistently on assignments.
What You Bring
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar,
etc.).
Adaptability: Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected
tasks with grace.
Discretion: High level of discretion and professionalism.
