Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will provide executive-level administrative support, manage expense reports, and facilitate communication across teams and external stakeholders. The role involves organizing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support leadership effectively
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and handling detailed data with accuracy
- Strong Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination
- Excellent Communication abilities to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
