Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the healthcare sector. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the COO, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare expense reports, and handle confidential documents. The role also includes overseeing communications, streamlining workflows, and facilitating smooth daily operations to enable the COO’s efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, scheduling, and workflow coordination
- Proficiency in preparing detailed Expense Reports and managing administrative records
- Experience in providing reliable and organized Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Strong abilities in Administrative Assistance to manage tasks and streamline day-to-day operations
- High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools; knowledge of healthcare systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
