Job Position - Executive Assistant

Work Location: Mumbai (Marol)

Salary: Upto 50k per month

Experience: 3 to 6 years

We are seeking a highly dynamic, confident, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Chairman. This role demands strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job responsibilities:

1.Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to the Chairman

2.Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules

3.Draft, screen, and manage emails and official correspondence on behalf of the Chairman 4.Coordinate with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders

5.Prepare presentations, reports, briefs, and MIS for meetings and reviews

6.Track action items, ensure follow-ups, and maintain priorities

7.Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion

8.Support strategic and day-to-day operational activities as required


What are we seeking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision
