About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with maturity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for leadership
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication
- Prepare MOMs, presentations, reports, and business documents
- Handle email correspondence and follow-ups on behalf of leadership
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events
- Maintain records, documents, and MIS reports efficiently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, and administrative support
- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of action items
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Founder’s Office role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent calendar and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in supporting senior leadership or founders preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in corporate/startup environments
- Exposure to stakeholder management and travel coordination
