Executive Assistant – Digital Operations & Content
Location: Bangalore (Full-Time, In-Person)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the Owner of the company. This role combines core executive support and administrative responsibilities with digital and content-related functions. You will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while also supporting the Owner’s digital presence and media initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized, tech-savvy, quick, resourceful, and capable of taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational Support
- Manage the Owner’s time, schedule, and priorities, ensuring structure, organization, and efficiency
- Stay on top of all tasks, communications, and deadlines, with proactive follow-ups and execution
- Handle day-to-day administrative work, including emails, messages, correspondence, and research
- Manage and grow social media presence, including content creation, drafting, and scheduling
- Support digital media, including coordination, content creation, and distribution Coordinate with freelancers and external partners, and track execution across tasks
- Stay up to date with digital tools, trends, and platforms to improve execution and efficiency
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, operations, content creation, social media, digital coordination, or similar roles
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, productivity platforms, social media, and online systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Strong content creation skills, including filming, editing, and publishing videos and digital content across social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, freelancers, and stakeholders in Bangalore in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Compensation
Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skillset, and qualifications.
