Position: Design Studio Manager (Executive Assistant)

Function: Design Studio

Experience: 3 – 7+ Years

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives. This role

requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage

multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling

 Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes

 Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries

 Draft, review, and manage correspondence (emails, reports, presentations)

 Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

 Maintain confidential records and sensitive information

 Support project management and follow up on key action items

 Organize events, board meetings, and company functions

 Handle expense reports and basic budgeting tasks

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

 3–7+ years of experience supporting senior leadership

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities

 High level of integrity and confidentiality
