Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to CXOs. This role requires someone who can independently manage priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and ensure smooth coordination across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CXO calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities
- Coordinate and drive internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless execution and follow-ups
- Prepare, review, and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with clear action tracking
- Act as a key liaison between CXOs and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain highly confidential records, reports, and communication
- Support in data analysis, reporting, and executive presentations
- Manage travel planning, itineraries, and expense tracking
- Handle end-to-end administrative responsibilities for the CXO’s office
- Proactively anticipate needs and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience supporting senior leadership/CXO-level executives
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Preferred:
- Prior experience in NBFC or financial services industry
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
