Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman’s calendar, priorities, and critical engagements with a strategic approach
Ensure effective follow-ups on action items, decisions, and leadership directives
Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on behalf of the Chairman
Serve as a key point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
Draft and review professional communications, reports, and presentations
Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and discretion
Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Chairman on key initiatives and decisions
Conduct business analysis, market research, and data-driven insights to support strategic planning
Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews
Track and monitor key business metrics, performance indicators, and project progress
Drive and monitor special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Chairman
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies across functions
Ensure alignment between business goals and execution across departments
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably as a cabin crew, or executive support roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
Proven ability to work with senior leadership / C-suite stakeholders
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is a plus
Experience in a corporate or multinational environment
Ability to think strategically while executing operationally
Aviation or Airline (Cabin Crew) background is mandatory.
