Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, manage expense reports, coordinate meetings and schedules, and assist with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, organizing records, and ensuring smooth workflow for key business processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Proven ability in Executive Support and managing executive-level schedules
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
