We’re looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer based in Delhi. This is a high-visibility, strategic support role in a fast-paced environment, managing calendars, coordinating travel, supporting executive-level meetings, and partnering with other senior leaders. There’s also scope to contribute to presentations, research, and other strategic initiatives.
How You Will Contribute:
- Manage confidential communications, calls, and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel functions.
- Maintain a dynamic executive calendar, balancing work priorities, time zones, and personal commitments.
- Plan and organise internal and external meetings, events, and visitor engagements (clients, partners, vendors).
- Collaborate with leadership to align calendars and priorities.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and research materials for key meetings.
- Handle expense reports and administrative documentation.
- Assist with compliance submissions and deadlines.
- Provide ad-hoc support to senior executives as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Proven experience providing executive-level support in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High discretion, judgment, and sensitivity when handling confidential matters.
- Composed under pressure and able to think quickly and clearly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and flexible with shifting priorities.
- Business-savvy and culturally aware in a global environment.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, besides other MS Office;
- Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills, excellent listening, and a sense of humour.
- Willing to travel occasionally
