Position: Executive Assistant to CEO
Reporting To: CEO
Location: Remote
Timing: 6PM to 3AM
Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate communication, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes when required
- Manage email communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO when needed
- Track action items, priorities, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for leadership meetings and strategic discussions
- Assist in organizing leadership meetings, board meetings, and company events
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with high professionalism
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of CEO priorities
- Support the CEO with special projects and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
