Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will support senior executives through calendar management, preparation of expense reports, and coordination of meetings and communications. This role comprises administrative duties, including managing correspondence, organizing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The individual will also play a crucial part in liaising between the executive team and internal or external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance
- Effective Communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
