📍 Location: Delhi
💼 Position: Executive Assistant
🕒 Experience: 3–4 years (Hospitality)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently
- Handle travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and expense coordination
- Prepare, review, and organize confidential documentation
- Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and operational support
🎯 Key Requirements:
- Experience in calendar & travel management is a must
- Background in hospitality or client servicing preferred
