Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. Key responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling expense reporting, overseeing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and calendar management
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and related documentation
- Proven effectiveness in offering tailored Executive Support and administrative solutions
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
- Experience in Administrative Assistance with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a high-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools and office software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in wellness, healthcare, or hospitality settings is an advantage
