About the Job:
Transparent Capital is India’s leading platform for Unlisted and Pre-IPO shares, known for its values of radical truth, efficiency, and transparency. Headquartered in Mumbai, the company is growing rapidly and is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership.
The Executive Assistant will manage administrative, operational, and coordination responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning at the leadership level. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, and travel plans for senior leadership.
- Communication Handling: Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Operational Support: Assist with documentation, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure task closures post meetings.
- Task & Project Management: Track deadlines, support ongoing projects, and ensure timely execution.
- Administrative Assistance: Manage emails, files, data entry, vendor coordination, and office-related requirements.
- Confidential & Personal Assistance: Handle sensitive information, personal tasks, and errands as required.
- Process Efficiency: Streamline workflows and support leadership in improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Master's degree in any discipline; additional certification in administration is a plus.
Experience: 2–3 years as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative coordinator (preferably in finance, consulting, or startup environments).
Skills:
Excellent communication & organizational skills
Strong command over MS Office
Time management & multitasking abilities
