Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant with a background in Business Analysis and/or Operations with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic Leadership team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will support the CFO/MD (Raj Rayon Industries Ltd- Group Polyester Division) and help improve his efficiency, drive business improvements, and optimize processes. This is a full-time position requiring deep knowledge and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure business goals align with the CEO's vision.
Qualifications and Skills
- Stakeholder Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience managing, engaging, and communicating with diverse stakeholders to achieve business alignment with the CEO/MD's vision.
- Business Process Mapping (Mandatory skill): Proficient in analysing and documenting business processes, workflows, and operational systems to identify gaps and improvements.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and leverage datasets to uncover trends, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Proven success in leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, minimize waste, and improve service delivery within the power manufacturing domain.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with process engineering, production, sales, finance, HR, and service teams to align operations and project objectives and foster unified business outcomes.
- Change Management: Expertise in formulating and executing change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse, optimize, and document current business processes, workflows, and operational systems for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to capture business requirements, define project scope, and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities, measure KPIs, and suggest actionable plans that enhance productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and develop strategies to resolve recurring issues in a timely manner.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives and align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Drive process improvement and change management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and employee engagement.
- Prepare clear documentation, business cases, and periodic reports to communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.
Qualification: PGDBM/MBA/CA or equivalent from a reputed institution with 10 to 15 years' experience.
