Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership. This role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and accommodations, and preparing agendas, presentations, and documentation for internal and external engagements. The Executive Assistant will handle expense reports, track budgets related to executive activities, and maintain accurate records and files. Day-to-day responsibilities also include drafting and reviewing correspondence, coordinating communication between the executive team and stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, supporting office operations, and contributing to efficient workflows that enable SISMVF’s leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to manage complex schedules, priorities, and confidential matters effectively.
- Experience with Administrative Assistance and Communication to coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage Expense Reports and related tracking to support accurate budgeting and financial documentation for executive activities.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort learning new digital platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in New Delhi is an advantage.
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders in a nonprofit, social impact, or mission-driven organization is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
