Sawai Fragrance LLC is a leading innovator in the fragrance industry, dedicated to crafting high-quality and unique scents. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of exciting new fragrance products, working across multiple stages from concept to production.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the leadership team
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and support events, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain records and filing systems, both digital and physical
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
- Assist in tracking projects, deadlines, and deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Must-have qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years of experience as an EA to the MD of the company
- Apply only if you are based out of Mumbai
- The salary remuneration will be around 4.5 lac per annum (Fixed)
- Should have proficiency in MS Office with excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Should be technically savvy & have attention to detail
- You must be able to multitask and take ownership till execution
