Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Reallysafe is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents and presentations, and maintaining organized records and files. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting project follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of executive priorities. The Executive Assistant will help streamline day-to-day operations, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and documentation.
- Ability to prepare, track, and reconcile Expense Reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience providing Executive Support, including handling confidential information and prioritizing executive tasks.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with leadership, team members, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic reporting in spreadsheets and presentations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on follow-through and problem-solving.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; experience in real estate or professional services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
