We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to Founder – Raju Ki Chai (Mumbai)
Raju Ki Chai isn’t just a chai brand – it’s a growing community built on warmth, consistency, and people-first hospitality. With multiple outlets across Mumbai and more in the pipeline, we’re looking for a high-ownership Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder at our Fort, Mumbai office.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone for the founder – managing priorities, coordinating with outlet teams and vendors, closing follow-ups, and making sure important tasks don’t slip through the cracks. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and getting things done.
Role: Executive Assistant to Founder – Hospitality Operations
Location: Fort, Mumbai (on-site)
CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.0 LPA
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing the founder’s calendar, to-do list, and daily priorities
Coordinating with outlet teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Tracking tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to closure
Drafting professional emails and communication on behalf of the founder
Supporting basic reporting, documentation, and research
Handling select personal coordination tasks for the founder
You’re a great fit if you:
Have 2 years’ experience as an EA/coordinator / operations support
Are extremely strong with follow-ups and personal organization
Are comfortable with Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and online tools
Communicates clearly in English and can draft professional messages
Are honest, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment
