Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, based in Hyderabad with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communication. Responsibilities also include handling expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to support organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Proficiency in providing Executive Support, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Prior experience in a similar executive support role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
