Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Jaipur. The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership with calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, presentations, and reports; maintaining organized digital and physical records; and handling confidential information with discretion. The role involves coordinating internal and external meetings, documenting minutes and action items, and following up to ensure timely completion. The Executive Assistant will also liaise with project teams and external partners, assist with basic project documentation, and help streamline office operations to enable leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft emails, reports, and presentations clearly and professionally.
- Comfort with digital tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email platforms, and basic document management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity, maintain professionalism, and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive approach, and willingness to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role; experience in construction or project management environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
