Roles & Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Managing day to day office operation
- Coordinating housekeeping and security services
- Administrative Support
- Handling correspondence, emails and phone calls
- Maintaining Schedules, meetings and appointments
- Maintaining files, records and documentation
- Preparing reports, letters, presentations and MIS reports
- CA Practice Support
- Coordinating with clients for documents, information andfollow-ups.
- Maintaining clients’ databases, compliance calendars and engagement records.
- Government Liaisoning & Regulatory Coordination
- Coordinating with Govt department, Regulatory Authorities, And Local Bodies for various Approvals, registrations, and compliance related matters.
- Following up with departments such as Income Tax, GST, ROC, Professional Tax, Labour Department and other Statutory Authorities as required.
- Assisting in submission, collection, and tracking of applications, licenses, registrations and official documentation.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with government officials and regulatory agencies
- Proficiency in MS Office and Capability of taking dictation on PC
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Office Timing : 10:30 AM to 7 PM
Salary up to 7.20 LPA negotiable as per experience and current salary.
