Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Executive Assistant to join our team on-site at our Noida office. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings and communications, and assisting with various organizational tasks. The role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, with a focus on effective schedule and task management
- Capability to prepare and manage detailed Expense Reports and process related documentation
- Experience in providing Executive Support and handling executive-level tasks effectively
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency with office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
