About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Founder’s Office Executive Assistant to work closely with the leadership team. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, employee coordination, reporting, and activity tracking across departments.
This role is ideal for someone who is street-smart, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with the Founder on daily operational activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track employee activities and maintain regular updates
- Manage internal communication between teams
- Ensure proper follow-up on assigned tasks and deadlines
- Support employee management and coordination activities
- Maintain records, documentation, and operational data
- Share daily updates and activity reports with management
- Assist in improving workflow and office operation
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English
- Strong report-making and documentation skills
- Employee management and coordination ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional attitude with problem-solving mindset
Eligibility
- Fresher to 1 year of experience
- Male candidates preferred
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
- Kannada speaking is mandatory
