Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Niknam Chemicals Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. Daily responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing correspondence, drafting and reviewing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The role also involves coordinating internal and external meetings, supporting preparation for client visits, and assisting with presentations and reports. The Executive Assistant will act as a key communication point between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Executive Support and Expense Reports skills to manage approvals, travel arrangements, and accurate expense tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with leadership, colleagues, and external partners.
- Candidates should have proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processing) and basic presentation software.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role is preferred; experience in manufacturing or chemical industries is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.
