Role Description

As an Executive Assistant at Naukripay Group, you will provide direct administrative and executive support to senior leadership in a full-time role. Key responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentation materials, organizing meetings, handling expense reports, and providing executive-level administrative assistance. This is an on-site position based in Jaipur, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented approach to optimize executive performance and office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, meetings, and confidential files
  • Proficiency in preparing and processing Expense Reports accurately and efficiently
  • Capability to provide Executive Support through problem solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Background in Administrative Assistance, including maintaining office systems and supporting business continuity
  • Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
