Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive-level administrative support, managing executive calendars, preparing expense reports, and coordinating meetings and travel schedules. The role also includes maintaining professional communication on behalf of executives, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Experience in Executive Support, including calendar management and scheduling
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving
