Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and executive support tasks, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing expense reports, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves effective communication and organizational responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Proficiency in providing high-quality Executive Support
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management ability
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and calendar management software
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
