Role Description
The Executive Assistant / Oice Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and
operational support to Senior Management. The role includes executive coordination, talent
acquisition support, oice administration, social media coordination, and driving responsibilities
(preferred). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism,
discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities eiciently
Key Responsibilities
A. Executive Support
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Director and Management team
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Draft and review professional correspondence, emails, and reports
Maintain confidential records, documentation, and filing systems
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
B. Talent Acquisition & HR Coordination
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Communicate professionally with candidates via phone and email
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Support onboarding formalities and documentation
C. Office Administration
Ensure smooth daily oice operations
Manage oice supplies and vendor coordination
Support invoice follow-ups and documentation management
Maintain compliance with administrative processes
Social Media Management & Website
Manage and update company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Draft and publish professional posts aligned with company branding
Coordinate with management for content approvals
Monitor engagement and respond to basic queries/messages
Maintain a content calendar and support basic digital marketing initiatives
E. Driving Responsibilities (Preferred)
Drive Management to meetings, project sites, or official engagements as required
Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with legal documentation
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, administration, HR
coordination, or social media management
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) – Mandatory
Valid driving license (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Oice (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM (flexibility required based on business needs)
