We’re an Agritech startup on a mission to bring intelligence, efficiency, and real impact to India’s agriculture ecosystem — from farmers to FPOs to large-scale agri enterprises.
And now… our CBO needs a right hand, a brain beside the brain, someone who can keep the company perfectly aligned.
Role: Executive Assistant to the CBO
Location: Kota

What we’re looking for:
- Someone sharp, smart, shrewd, and brilliantly organized
- A top-notch communicator — written, verbal, email, everything
- Ability to coordinate with sales, tech, and leadership teams
- Strong follow-up, reporting & business understanding
- Mature, calm under pressure, and able to say “No” politely when needed
- A natural problem-solver who can keep the CBO informed, aligned, and sometimes sane
What you’ll do:
- Manage CBO’s strategic follow-ups
- Prepare reports, updates & reviews from sales and tech teams
- Coordinate communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Bring structure, clarity, and a touch of magic to daily chaos
