Job Title: Executive Assistant – President’s Office

About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President’s Office. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, capable of handling high-level administrative responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to the President / CXO
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, record minutes of meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the President’s Office
Key Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (President / CXO level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Pharma industry experience is preferred
