Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in Chennai. The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks, maintain schedules, and coordinate meetings. Responsibilities also include preparing expense reports, providing executive support, streamlining workflow, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The role requires efficiency, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving while managing administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance to manage schedules and organizational tasks
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in providing Executive Support, including coordinating meetings and handling correspondence
- Strong skills in Communication and Administrative Assistance to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office or similar programs
- Prior experience supporting senior executives is a plus
