——— WHAT YOU'LL DO ———
📅 Calendar & Schedule
• Manage the Founder's daily calendar across all three ventures
• Send a daily morning brief with agenda and priorities
• Flag and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
✉️ Communication
• Draft professional emails, mailers, and business correspondence
• Prepare and format client quotations
• Manage LinkedIn posts and social media content
🤝 Meetings
• Schedule and confirm all meetings with clients, vendors, and teams
• Prepare meeting agendas in advance
• Write Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and track action items
📋 Recruitment Support
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
• Maintain a hiring tracker across all ventures
📊 Documentation & Operations
• Build and maintain Excel trackers, reports, and checklists
• Organise a digital filing system for all ventures
• Support audit and process documentation for Crystal School of Excellence
• Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and the web development team
——— WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ———
✅ Excellent written and spoken English
✅ Strong in MS Excel, Word & Google Workspace
✅ Highly organised, discreet, and proactive
✅ Comfortable working across education, food & beverage, and consulting
✅ 1–2 years of experience as an EA, PA, or Operations Executive preferred

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
