Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and strategic-minded
APM-Operations to support our
Chief Operating Officer (COO) . This isn't just a secretarial role; you will act as a force multiplier, ensuring the COOs time is optimized and high-priority projects across the operations, risk, and lending functions are executed seamlessly.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Gatekeeping: Manage the COOs calendar with a deep understanding of business priorities.
- Project Coordination : Track progress on cross-departmental projects. You will follow up with multiple department to ensure deliverables are met ahead of leadership meetings.
- Data Reporting : Assist in preparing MIS reports, operational dashboards, and monthly business reviews (MBR). You should be comfortable "talking to data" to highlight trends or red flags.
- Communication Bridge : Draft high-stakes internal and external communications, including senior management meetings, emails, and official memos.
- Meeting Lifecycle : Attend leadership meetings, record minutes, andmost importantlyensure that action items are tracked to completion.
- Travel Logistics : End-to-end management of complex travel itineraries and expense reconciliations.
Qualifications
- MBA Graduate with 2-3 years of experience (MBA is a must).
- Strong understanding of operations management, process improvement and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
