Founder’s Office, offering direct exposure to leadership thinking, business execution, and studio operations.
Role Overview
The Founder’s Office Executive Assistant will work directly with the Founder to create structure around time, priorities, meetings, research, presentations, and execution tracking.
This is not a traditional admin or secretary role.
This is an
execution partner role where you will help ensure:
- Meetings convert into outcomes
- Ideas convert into documents
- Decisions convert into execution
- Information converts into clarity

Key Responsibilities
Founder Time & Calendar Management
- Manage founder calendar and meeting scheduling
- Ensure meetings have purpose and preparation
- Protect deep work time blocks
- Coordinate travel and meeting logistics
Meeting Preparation & Execution Tracking
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Capture MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Track action items and deadlines
- Follow up with stakeholders
- Maintain decision and task trackers
Research & Presentation Support
- Conduct research for business, industry, and internal needs
- Prepare PPT drafts and briefing documents
- Structure founder ideas into documents
- Prepare summaries for faster decision making
Communication & Coordination
- Structure incoming communication for clarity
- Draft professional responses when needed
- Coordinate meetings between teams
- Maintain Founder Office execution dashboard
