Position: Executive Assistant to Founder
Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to work closely with the founder and assist in managing clients, social media coordination, and daily business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience working directly with a founder and learning how a creative business operates.
The candidate will help streamline tasks, coordinate with clients, manage schedules, and support content and marketing activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the founder’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Send reminders for calls, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and collaborations
Client Coordination
- Communicate with potential leads and gather initial information
- Filter and qualify leads before scheduling meetings with the founder
- Follow up with clients for payments and updates
Social Media Coordination
- Assist with ideation for client social media content
- Maintain a content calendar for client accounts
- Track posting schedules and coordinate with designers/editors
Proposal & Presentation Support
- Assist in creating proposals and presentation decks for clients
- Organize client documents and project information
Shoot & Content Support
- Help with shoot ideation and planning
- Attend shoots when required and assist with coordination
Operations & Team Coordination
- Track tasks and ensure projects are moving on schedule
- Assist with light team coordination when required
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Familiarity with PowerPoint/Google Slides/Canva
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years experience
- Background in marketing, media, communications, or business
- Comfortable speaking with clients and leads
- Highly organized and proactive
