Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the Founder. This role involves supporting the Founder in managing schedules, communication, documentation, and coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will act as a key bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of priorities and effective time management for the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders.
Track follow-ups, deadlines, and action items emerging from meetings and discussions.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and summaries to support decision-making and execution.
- Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal teams, schools, partners, and vendors for coordination and follow-ups.
Support preparation and sharing of documentation, presentations, and proposals.
Assist in scheduling webinars, workshops, and meetings with institutional partners.
- Documentation & Organization
Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential information.
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and official communication.
Ensure documentation and information flow are maintained efficiently across teams.
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, administrative, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Proficiency in documentation, presentations, and digital tools.
Work Schedule
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Monday
Work Mode: On-site (South Extension Office, New Delhi)
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Mr. Jitin Chawla (Founder)
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and suitability
