Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, prepare expense reports, and handle correspondence for executives. Additional responsibilities include organizing meetings, maintaining records, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. They will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as a trusted partner to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient office operations
- Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and providing high-level assistance to leadership
- Exceptional Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including calendars and document management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the interior design or home furnishing industry is a plus
