Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at IP Travel Lines, based in Delhi, India. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage calendars and schedules, handle expense reports, and assist with day-to-day executive activities. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and maintaining organization in a fast-paced work environment. The role is ideal for someone highly organized and adept at multitasking with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing comprehensive Executive Support
- Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and handling administrative tasks efficiently
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize workloads effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in common office tools (MS Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant is a plus
Roles and Responsibility
Assist CEO in planning and executing strategic initiative and project
Manage CEO ,s calendar , meeting , and communications.
Coordinate Cross –Functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
Prepare presentation , report , and briefing materials for the CEO
Monitor key performance metrics and track progress on strategic goals.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information and sensitive communications.
Facilitate decision making by providing insight and recommendations.
Ensure smooth operations of the CEO’S office and administrative functions.
Support special project and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
