Job Purpose
This role will primarily focus on strategic support and business coordination. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for report writing, preparing presentations, managing dashboards, analyzing data, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to assist leadership in business planning and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Presentation Management
- Create high-quality presentations for leadership meetings, client discussions, and internal reviews.
- Prepare structured and visually impactful PPTs based on business requirements.
Report Writing, Dashboard & Documentation Management
- Prepare reports, business summaries, MOMs, MIS reports, and executive-level documents.
- Manage dashboards, trackers, and business data with accuracy and timely updates.
- Draft professional emails and maintain proper business documentation.
Leadership Coordination
- Support leadership members with coordination, follow-ups, and task management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of assigned activities..
Research & Analysis
- Conduct research and prepare analytical summaries for management reviews.
- Provide business insights and data-driven information to support decision-making.
Process Management & Self Development
- Follow organizational SOPs and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Continuously improve presentation, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Stay updated with industry trends, reporting tools, and presentation techniques.
- Actively contribute towards improving operational efficiency and workflow management.
- Handle additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
Required Knowledge
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting leadership members with reporting, presentation management, and coordination activities.
- Skilled in preparing high-quality presentations, business reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and executive-level documentation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage data, trackers, and business summaries with accuracy.
- Proficient in report writing, documentation management, and professional communication for internal and leadership-level coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for presentation creation and dashboard management.
- Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
