About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to support our leadership team and manage daily office operations. The role combines executive assistance, coordination, and office administration — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communication for senior leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendors, and supplies.
- Support HR and admin tasks — onboarding, events, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate company meetings, offsites, and client visits.
- Maintain budgets, expense tracking, and general office upkeep.
Requirements:- Graduate with 3–7 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Office Manager.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
