About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office Associate who can help drive execution across the company.
This is NOT a conventional assistant role.
You will act as the Founder’s right hand, ensuring things get done on time, every time.
What You Will Do
- Manage Founder’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Drive daily follow-ups across team (sales, operations, production)
- Ensure tasks are completed with clear timelines and accountability
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Create and maintain trackers, reports, and execution dashboards
- Handle communication on behalf of Founder when required
- Assist in research, coordination, and execution of projects
Who This Role Is For
- Someone who is highly proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong in follow-ups and getting work done from people
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
- Can handle multiple tasks without losing control
- Has worked closely with founders / senior leadership (preferred)

- Excellent follow-up skills (this is critical)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fast response time and high urgency mindset
- Ability to manage pressure and shifting priorities
Work Details
- Location: Gurgaon (Home Office Setup)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 (based on experience)
